When will I receive my product ?
At Cook4life we have a Pay-As-You-Get process. Once you have reached a certain milestone, you will receive your products as you continue to pay for the next.
Deliveries
Delivery’s is free on all purchases. Delivery times depend on your delivery address and when you have place the order. Please allow 5 -7 working days for your order to be delivered.
Delivery Process
Once you have met your first milestone, our warehouse will send you an sms to confirm that your package is on its way to you. You can track this delivery by using the provided Tracking ID / order number sent to you via SMS.

Note:
- Once your return has been logged you will receive an sms to confirm that our courier partner will contact you to arrange collection
- Collection and return to our warehouse can take up to 7 working days from date of logging return
- Once the returns have reached our warehouse, each of the items in your return will be inspected before the return is processed
- A new product will be sent immediately via our carriers should the product be replaced due to defects which can take up to 7 working days to be delivered depending on your delivery address and when the return was processed and approved

What is the return policy ?
FREE RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS
Criteria to return an item
A return must be logged within 14 days of being delivered to qualify for free returns. All products must be in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging with all labels attached. Any free promotional gift must also be included in the return.

Does my item have a warranty ?
Cook4Life warrants to the original purchaser of this product (“the client”) that this products will be free of defects in quality and workmanship under normal personal, family or household use for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase (“warranty period”).
