
CREAMY PEACH & APRICOT ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS
• ½ TIN OF WHOLE PEACHES (FROZEN)
• ½ TIN OF APRICOTS (FROZEN)
• 100ML CREAM
• 1 FROZEN BANANA (CUT INTO CHUNKS)
• 4 BLOCKS OF ICE
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put the frozen peaches and apricots into the blender
2. Add the frozen banana chunks and ice
3. Add the 100ml of cream
4. Set the blender speed to max and blend all the ingredients together for 40 seconds, using the stirring rod to mix the ingredients so that they can blend
